Business Development Manager
A specialist in commercial client acquisition, Luke gained much of his experience working with blue chip clients such as The Peel Group, Bruntwood and Morgan Sindall. He combines his knowledge and experience of the manufacturing, property and construction sectors, with a personal approach to business development that reflects ArchiPhonic’s ethos. Responsible for building relationships with existing and potential commercial and domestic clients, particularly construction companies and property developers, Luke’s previous role as a construction site manager also enables him to better understand prospective clients’ pain points and communicate those to the ArchiPhonic team. Unlike most of his ArchiPhonic colleagues, music isn’t in his blood, but he’s not without exciting hobbies, spending his weekends scuba diving in quarries or the sea, and hiking in Snowdonia.
Architectural Technician, Ryan, completed his BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology at LJMU and specialises in commercial projects. Ryan’s technical ability and attention to detail, honed on high-profile and complex commercial projects, is applied across ArchiPhonic projects as he supports the rest of the team. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys an active lifestyle, mountain walking, playing football and participating in other outdoor sports.
